We do not accept returns, however if there is a problem with your order or you have received a defective product, please contact within 5 days of receiving your order.

All wood products will have distressing and character, these are not considered defects.

Being handmade means there will be imperfections.

We reserve the right to decide what is a defective product.

Orders ship out within 14 business days of order date. Our products are not mass produced, they are hand crafted and painted, as such they will have character and no two pieces will be exactly the same.
